Meet Anne

Struggling with sexual issues can leave you feeling ashamed, anxious, depressed, and disconnected from your partner and loved ones. I help couples and individuals identify what is keeping you stuck in old patterns, behaviors and beliefs so that you can create sustainable change and build the life you want to be living.

I work with couples who struggle with issues like experiencing differing levels of desire, struggling to heal from infidelity, or figuring out how to manage the effects of past trauma.

Individuals might want to address sexual pain, past sexual trauma, or challenges in holding affirming and positive beliefs about their own sexuality. I’m also passionate about working with individuals and couples that are considering changing their relationship structures, via separation, divorce, blending families, opening up, or something else, as you seek to build a new kind of family.

Anne’s Specialties

Clients have described my approach as warm and curious. I believe that we all have everything we need to create the change we seek within us, and I want to walk alongside you through that process. I welcome clients of all relationship styles and backgrounds, including the LGBTQ community and those in non-traditional relationships.

I am trained in EMDR, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy Level 1, and Gottman Level 1, and am a certified Prepare/Enrich facilitator. I often use narrative techniques, somatic/body based approaches, and an Internal Family Systems framework  in my practice. I’m also a Minnesota BMFT and BBHT,  and AAMFT Approved, supervisor.

When not working, you’ll find me being active outside, reading novels, or hanging out with my family.
